The number in the center is the sum of the products of  the numbers above and below it.

So,

6 * 7 + 3 * 9 = 42 + 27 = 69
3 * 6 + 8 * 4 = 18 + 32 = 50
5 * 8 + 2 * 9 = 40 + 18 = 58
